VACATION RATES:

SUMMER - Jun/Jul/Aug ($225 per night, 2 night minimum/$175 per night after 2nd night or $1225/week.
WINTER - Dec/Jan/Feb/Mar ($225 per night, 2 night minimum/$175 per night after 2nd night or $1225/week.
OFF SEASON RATE - Apr/May/Sep/Oct to Nov 30th ($150 per night, 2 night minimum/$135 per night after 2nd night or $945/week.
HOLIDAY RATES: Christmas/New Year's(12/16 to 1/8), Presidents Week, Martin Luther King Jr weekend ($335 per night, 2 night minimum/$285 per night after 2nd night or $1995/week)
Cleaning fee $125 - Linen Service Fee $35 or bring your own towels, sheets & kitchen linens. Security Deposit $250 - Rents due well in advance of arrival - Reservation Confirmed with all Monies Paid.
